Project: Binga District Hospital
Binga District Hospital is a critical healthcare hub in one of Zimbabwe’s most underserved regions. This project is transforming the hospital’s infrastructure to dramatically improve care for mothers, babies, and the broader community. Through the installation of a solar farm, the hospital will gain reliable, sustainable electricity to power essential equipment and reduce outages. A new borehole will provide clean, consistent water for patients and staff. The maternity ward is being fully renovated to offer safer, more dignified childbirth experiences. And with newly installed internet connectivity, healthcare workers will have access to training, telemedicine, and real-time communication tools, bringing Binga into a stronger, healthier future.
